CVS 6/29...Look at all these!

I got a phone call yesterday from James at CVS telling me he got ahold of the Pepsi Distributor and my Seattle's Best could be picked up today. So, I went to get it :)

When I got there, they had o set aside another 32 for a special order. Also, another couponer noticed that I ordered and said she had 30 or some coupons and ordered some too! I gave a few awy to the workers, so that is why my cases aren't complete. Anyways, here it is:

Seattle's Best (46) $46
-(24) $1/1 MQs
-(22) Free MQs
-ALL FREE!!!

Pringles $1
-$1/1 CRT
-FREE!

Excellent trip! The cashiers knew I was using all the coupons and they were awesome about it. Easily, still my favorite CVS in Lincoln :)

Oh yeah....100% Savings ; )

CVS 6/28...Seattle's Best Surprise :)

I went to my favorite CVS so I could ask them if they would special order some of the Seattle's Best for me. I had 22 free can coupons left and it's hit or miss if a store I go to is in stock. I figured this would be a guarantee that I would get to use all of my coupons!

Well, when I got there, I seen there was tag advertising the drinks 10/$10!!! Even better, every time I would go to the Walgreens right by my house (which is ALOT) I would grab a couple of the $1/1 Seattle's Best off the tearpad in hopes a great sale would pop up like this. CVS had 10 in stock today so I used 10 of my 32 $1/1 coupons and got a raincheck for 22 more! I also asked if they could special order me four cases. They had to ask, but they took down my information and hopefully I hear back from them :)

It wasn't all good though...Here is why....and how I did:

Seattle's Best (10) $10
-(10) $1/1 MQs
-FREE!

Honest Tea (5) $5
-(4) $1/1 MQs
-$2 ECB Earned
-$1 MM!

Colgate Total $2.87
-$1/1 MQ
-$2 ECB Earned
-$.13 MM!

Pringles $1
-$1/1 CRT
-FREE!

Crystal Light (10) $5
-(5) $1/1 MQs
-FREE!

Dove Deoderant (5) $15
-(5) $2/1 MQs
-$5 ECB Earned
-FREE!

Dove Body Wash (2) $6
-BOGO MQ (took off $3)
-$3 or $1.50 each (I did this transaction after to see if the BOGO MQ was taking off $5.99 as I had read and also if this would count towards the June deal. Well, worng on both, so this is a loss I have to eat :(

Wrigley's Juicy Fruit $4.19
-$1.50 CRT (adjusted to $1.02)
-$3.17 (I gave ECBs first and this brought my total negative. I had to add something for $1.88 fast. I got a $1.50 CRT for this gum that I thought was $3.79. With that price and the CRT, I was hoping this would have brought my total up to $.41, but it didn't work that way.

All together, the value in the picture is $49.06. I used $32 in MQs (should have been $33, don't know which one he missed?), $2.06 in CVS CRTs and $15 in ECBs. This brought my total to zero and I paid $1.44 tax OOP. However, I started with $12 ECBs and I only have $6 to spend now. This is a combination of my $1 coupon being missed, giving my ECBs first (having to spenf $3.17 on gum!) and spending $3 on the two bodywashes.

I am still happy with 100% Savings :)

Walgreens 6/26......Rebates, Rebates, Rebates!

This trip was such a headache this morning! Luckily I had an amazing cashier :) However, the managers had to be called up three times! I don't think I will be showing my face at this store in a while :) Here is how I did:

Carefree Liners (4) $7.96
-$3/2 WQ (took off $6)
-(4) $.50/1 MQs
-$.04 MM!

Hefty Bags (2) $6.58
-BOGO WQ (not needed, rang up at BOGO)
-$1/2 MQ
-$2.29 or $1.15 each

Sippy Cups (4) $10
-$10 or $2.50 each
-Haylee has to be done with a bottle at the end of the month and I thought it would be good to stock up and use one of my $10 RR from Applied Nutrition.

Mycrocide $9.99
-$3/1 MQ
-$9.99 MIR
-$3 MM!

Pro Clearz $4.99
-$4.99 MIR
-FREE!

Ultimate Flora $20
-$2/1 MQ
-$20 MIR
-$2 MM!

Altogether, the subtotal was $59.52. I used $8 in MQs, $9.29 in WQs and $40 in RR. This is a total of $57.29 in savings which brought my total down to $2.23 plus $3.94 tax for a total of $6.17 OOP or a savings of 90% (incluing tax) .

Although I didn't get any RRs back I will be submitting for $34.98 in MIRs. Including tax this means that I spent $11.19 for all of this and I got to turn some RRs into cash :)

How I Worked My Dial Coupons at Walgreens!

I have been to Walmart 3 times in search of the trial size Dial bodywash. Although I did not find any, I did find 6 smaller $1.97 bottles of the lotion. I got those but still had 24 coupons burning a whole in my binder :)I came up with a plan to use them at Walgreens. Now, if I wasn't holding out for Walmart, I could have gotten a better deal last week when the lotion was BOGO. Oh well, here is how the whole trip went:

Dial Lotion (2) $14.98
-(2) $2/1 MQs
-$10.98

Dial Lotion Trial Sive (11) $10.89
-(11) $2/1 MQs
-$11.11 MM! (which covered the big bottles plus some!)

Garage Sale Tags $2.39 (not pictured)
-$2.39 (no coupons or sales :(

Applied Nutririon Calcium $10
-$5/1 WQ (manually taken off)
-$1/1 MQ
-$10 RR Earned
-$6 MM!

Royal Gelatin (3) $.57
-$.19 each

My subtotal was $38.83. I used $27 in MQs, a $5 WQ, and $6 in RR. This brought my total down to $.83 plus $2.33 in tax for a total of $3.16 OOP. This is great because I earned $4 more in RR and got the expensive garage sale stickers I needed and still made money after tax :)

CVS 6/20....Used some Rainchecks!

I wanted to make my weekly trip to CVS to get the deals and yesterday was the day to do that. Although they were out of a couple of things, I still did pretty well using rainchecks. I went to the one CVS in town that seems to give me overage on my coupons because I was planning on using the Crystal Light coupons. It just didn't work out because two Crystal Lights per one coupon. If it were an off amount, it may have worked. Oh well, free is still great :)

Crest Pro-Health (2) $9 (raincheck)
-(2) $2/1 MQs
-$6 ECBs Earned (should be $2.50 each, but both rounded up to $3)
-$1 MM!

Oral-B Pulsar (2) $12 (raincheck)
-(2) $3/1 MQs
-$6 ECBs Earned
-FREE!

Colgate Total (2) $5.58
-(2) $1/1 MQs
-$4 ECBs Earned
-$.42 MM!

-$.50 (for nephews birthday)

I will be going back today to see if I can cash in on the sunscreen/lipbalm deal and use more Crystal Light Coupons. Maybe they will have the Bliss chocolate as I am going to a different store today.

Walgreens 6/19... Oscar Mayer Lunchmeat!

I wanted to get the Oscar Mayer Lunchmeat. I was short one coupon, but that's okay because then I could use my RRs with adding fillers. I did two transactions, but will list it as one to make it simpler on me. Here it is:

Oscar Mayer Lunchmeat (6) $15
-(2) $1/2 MQs
-$4 RR Earned
-$8 or $1.33 each

Applied Nutrition Calcium $10
-$5 WQ (doesn't scan, price adjusted)
-$1/1 MQ
-$10 RR Earned
-$6 MM!

Finesse (2) $7
-$3.99 MIR (for my mom!)
-$5 RR Earned
-$1.99 MM!

Royal Gelatin (2) $.38

All together, this is valued at $32.38. I used $24 in RR and earned $19, so a loss of $5. I will also get back $3.99 for the Finesse too. I spent $.38 plus $.84 tax for a total of $1.22 OOP. I think this is great because we go through lunch meat pretty fast around here!

CVS 6/6...Again...100% Savings...and look at all of these inserts!

When Taylore and I were at CVS this morning I noticed a couple of items on clearance that I didn't have my coupons with me for! Luckily they were still there when we went back. I had to drop her off right next door anyways, so no waste of gas either!

Here is what I got and how I paid:

Nivea Facewash $1.74 (75% off clearance)
-$2/1 MQ (adjusted down)
-FREE!

Gillette Fusion Pro After Shave (2) $3.88 (75% off clearance)
-(2) $2/1 MQs (adjusted down)
-FREE!

I only paid $.39 tax for these three items that my husband will love to have in the stockpile! I asked him if he wanted the aftershave from Walgreens this week for $.50 each, but free is so so so much better!

Lastly, you can not see just how many inserts I got in the picture, but there are 30-31 of each of this weeks inserts. I know a guy who delivers to machines and picks up papers that weren't bought. He just recycles them, so I asked if it was okay if I just took them off of his hands for him and he said "of course"!

Walgreens 6/6...Taylore was with so we had to get her the whole experience!

I really just wanted to drop in to see if they had any Reach Toothbrushes with $2 peelies on them. To my surprise, there were three and I already had one! I also let Taylore get a Sobe and I got one for myself too :)

Sobe Life Water (2) $1.98
-$1.98 RR Earned

-$8 RR Earned

CVS 6/6....Savings of 95%

I was next to my favorite CVS as I was picking up my neice. So we stopped and she got to experience couponing with her crazy aunt! I only have one set of P&G inserts right now, but am getting more today. That will be a post in itself! Anyways, here is what we got:

I started with $15.99 in ECBs and ended with $13.48. I also paid $1.50, so plus the ECB lost I paid $4.01 OOP. However, I have a credit of $3 on Saving Star so really it all cost me $1.01 plus $1.84 tax :)

Walgreens 6/5....Easy $$ on Reach Toothbrushes!

I wanted to get to Walgreens to get in on the Reach Toothbrush moneymaker before they were out of stock. I had my plan and only diverted from it in a minor way for the good though! I was going to get tuna as fillers, but found seeds on clearance for $.05! The trip was painless and fun! Here is how I did:

Reach Total Care Toothbrush (4) $10
-(3) $1/1 MQs (catalinas from Wags a while back)

Then I got:

Applied Nutrition Calcium $10
-$5 WQ (item price adjusted)
-$10 RR Earned
-$5 MM!

My subtotal was $10. I used the $5 WQ and the $5 RR from transaction 1 to pay tax of $.35 and earned $10 RR!!!

Overall, my subtotal was $20.50 and I paid $.10 plus $.95 tax for a total of $1.05. I started with $8 in RR and ended with $11.50. I gained $3.50 in RR and am sending in for a $3.50 MIR so a $7 MM trip :)

Target 6/2....Alot OOP for the Animals, but a great deal!

I wanted to use my Revlon coupons, so off to the only Target that carries them in Lincoln I went. I also wanted to check out the Iams Dog Food Deal as I haven't submitted for my free bag yet. I found some on clearance, so this made up for me not having a coupon for it!
Here is what I got:

Revlon Files (2) $2.54
-$5/2 MQ
-$2/1 TQ (auto-adjusted to $1.27)
-$3.73 MM!

Iams Dog Food (2) $18.16

When I was checking out, a $2.50 Target Arm & Hammer Litter coupon printed! I knew this would go great with the sale, so I went home to find MQs to stack!

Here is what I got when I went to a different Target. They didn't have the clearanced Iams I planned on buying to get another $2.50/1 TQ, so I was hoping it would print out on the clearanced big bag of Iams...but it didn't :(
