CVS and Walgreens 12/23 and Haylee with Santa!!!

I had to go to CVS and Walgreens today to use up Jingle Cash and Extra Care Bucks before they expired. I did pretty good for having to "use them up". At Walgreens I did two transactions, but will list it as one to make it easier on me.

This is from Walgreens

Wonka Bars (4) $8
-(2) $3/2 MQs
-(2) $1/2 WQs
-Free!

Gain Dish Soap (2) $3.58
-(2) $.50/1 MQs
- $1.80 WQ
-$.78 or $.39 each

Reach Toothbrush (4) $7.16
-(4) $1/1 MQs
-$3.20 WQ
$.04 MM!

Dunkin Donuts Coffee (2) $11.98
-(2) $1.50/1 MQs
-(2) $1 RR earned
- $6.98 or $3.49 each (not great, but they are french vanilla....mmm)

Similac Ready Feed Formula (2) $8.98
-(2) $3/1 MQs
-$2.25 BOGO 1/2 off sale
-$.73 or $.37 each (I thought $.83 at Target/Walmart was good :)

Overall I saved 75% at Walgreens. Before all coupons and sales, my total should have been $39.89. I ended up paying $7.05 OOP and getting $2 RR back. I spent $4.50 in RR too. Not bad though!

This is from CVS

Pantene Shampoo and Conditioner (2) $6.98
-BOGO Free MQ took off $4.99
-$2 ECB
-$.01 MM!
-I also needed these to finish up my P&G $20 MIR

Pantene Hair Spray $3.49
-$1/2 MQ (paired with one item from above)
-$2 ECB
-$.49
-I didn't need this, but I was trying to recycle my ECBs

Coke 12 pack (4) $13
-$3 ECB
-$10 or $2.50 each
-Jason was going to pay $6 for a case, and I had him wait. Better deal and I got to use up ECB on something that we use/consume :)

Peanut Butter M&Ms (2) $5
-$1/2 MQ
-$2 ECB
-$2 or $1 each
-Again, didn't need just trying to recycle ECBs!

Herbal Essences Shampoo and Conditioner (2) $8
-(2) $1/1 MQs
-$8 ECB (used Raincheck from Black Friday)
-$2 MM!

Gillette Deoderant $4
-$2 MQ
-$4 ECB (used Raincheck from Black Friday)
-$2 MM!

Thermacare Heat Wrap $2.79
-$1 MQ
-$2.79 ECB
-$1 MM!

My subtotal was -$1.65 and I ended up paying $.12 OOP. Before coupons, my total should have been $43.24. I used up around $8 ECB that didn't get recycled (the coke). So really I saved 83%!!

And last, but certainly not the least, here is Haylee with Santa for the first time! My mom and I waited in the line for about an hour and when we got up there I seen it was $20 for two 5 x 7 photos. Luckily, I was prepared with my camera. She sat on Santa's lap for about a minute, I took two pictures and I thought this one was perfect. She wasn't scared at all! That's my girl :)
